Erica Row (Despina) -Hailed by the Seattle Post-Intelligencer as “extraordinary”, with a “beautifully clear and agile voice”, Erica Row is a captivating singing actress known for her intelligent interpretations and well-rounded musicianship.

 Last winter she made her 5 thAvenue Theatre debut in The Sound of Music. She has appeared locally as the soprano soloist in Inverse Opera’s staged production of Messiah, as Despina in Vashon Opera’s Cosi fan tutte, and in Village Theatre’s production of Fiddler on the Roof. Concert highlights include Haydn’s Lord Nelson Mass and Handel’s Dixit Dominus with the Hartford Chorale and Hartford Symphony Orchestra and the premiere of Tamara Kurdadze’s song cycle Confession at Carnegie Hall’s Weill Recital Hall.

A winner of the Tacoma Opera Guild Competition, Ms. Row is a recipient of a master’s degree in vocal performance from the Mannes College of Music in New York and a bachelor’s degree in vocal performance from Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, WA.
